
8 Sessions - Rider Biomechanics
Service Description
Sessions over the 8 weeks will include rider and posture assessments, fitness evaluations, flexibility and mobility sessions, Pilates and ball exercises, core and balance sessions as well as targeted rider-specific strengthening. The final week includes reassessments and a follow-up plan discussion. Week 1 - A full position & rider biomechanics assessment. Week 2 - Rider Fitness Assessments Week 3 - Pilates & Ball Work Week 4 - Lower body & Independent seat Week 5 - Upper body & Contact Week 6 - Core strength training and balance training session Week 7 - Rider-Specific Strengthening / Reformer Session Week 8 - Re-assessments, discuss follow on plan. *All sessions will consist of on-horse and off-horse work. **This is a rough guide on what we do each week and may vary according to the rider's specific needs. 📍Location: Billericay, Essex








Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your booking will be held for 24 hours pre payment. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only provide refunds if your session can be filled and will hold waiting lists in case of cancellations. Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to the risk of serious injury, your coach urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any exercise or training program. You agree that by participating in these physical exercise sessions or personal training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury. You expressly agree to release and discharge your coach, from any and all claims or causes of action.
