You can book all your sessions through our website. After joining, you’ll receive a booking link and instructions for scheduling your sessions at times that suit you.

Absolutely! Memberships are designed to be flexible. You can mix and match session types within your monthly allowance.

No problem. You can cancel or reschedule directly via your booking link up to 24 hours before your session with no penalty.

Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. There are no long-term contracts.

Yes! Members receive priority booking, discounted rates on additional sessions, special online content & community, early access to new programs (like Ponies & Pilates), and exclusive wellness resources.

Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will unfortunately be forfeited for that month. We encourage you to reschedule in advance whenever possible.

Members get access to progress tracking via our app and periodic check-ins with your coach to review your goals and achievements.
