Reformed Riders has specialised programs designed to meet the unique needs of equestrians by enhancing core strength, balance, and flexibility, all of which are critical for optimal riding performance. REFORMER SESSIONS

Our 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions are a rider-focused way to build strength, stability and control without feeling stiff or restricted. Using the reformer, well work on posture, core connection, pelvic stability, breathing and mobility, helping you move more efficiently and feel more balanced in the saddle. Each session is tailored to your body and your riding goals, with progressive exercises that improve body awareness, symmetry and coordination, and support injury resilience. Whether youre looking to refine your position, reduce tension and niggles, or feel stronger and more secure through transitions, corners and jumping efforts, Reformer Pilates gives you the foundations to ride with more confidence and consistency.​​
