📅 Booking Appointments
Sessions—including Rider Biomechanics, Mechanical Horse and Reformer Pilates —are booked directly through our Wix website. Clients can view available slots, book sessions, and receive confirmation emails automatically.

Ridden Sessions need to be booked directly by contacting Katie via email at katie@khequestrian.co.uk or WhatsApp 07308 161607.

🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments via the Wix booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will incur a 100% session fee, except in cases of emergency at the discretion of Reformed Riders.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

 

💳 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment is processed securely through our online system.

 

📝 Client Forms & Onboarding
All new clients must complete sign-up and consent forms prior to their first session. These will be sent via email upon booking.

 

🤝 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
