Service Description
The sessions start with us learning about the simulator, allowing us to become familiar with how it works and feels. This is followed by a rider assessment, completed using the Racewood assessment screen. We then go through the analysis, learning about our bodies, areas of strength and weakness, how this could affect our horses, and some suggested exercises for improvement. 50 Minutes | £65 Includes: * Full rider biomechanics assessment * Analysis of posture, symmetry and movement * Position assessment on the simulator * Personalised feedback * Clear recommendations for improvement Perfect for riders of all ages and abilities. ** Available with any Reformed Riders Coach
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Appointments All sessions—including Rider Biomechanics, Mechanical Horse, Pilates, and Ridden Coaching—are booked directly through our Wix website. Clients can view available slots, book sessions, and receive confirmation emails automatically. 🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments via the Wix booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will incur a 100% session fee, except in cases of emergency at the discretion of Reformed Riders. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. 💳 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment is processed securely through our online system. 📝 Client Forms & Onboarding All new clients must complete sign-up and consent forms prior to their first session. These will be sent via email upon booking. 🤝 Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients.
