
As horse riders, it can be difficult to find the time to fit in workouts! In between mucking out riding and life, sometimes fitting it all in can be a struggle! Reformed Riders Academy has been designed to work around this and to enable you to fit in workouts and a healthy lifestyle that works with you! Each workout has been designed to take less than 30 minutes, you can reduce this with fewer sets or increase it with more!

How It Works
Each week you will aim to complete:
▫️A full-body workout
▫️A Core workout
▫️A Rider stretch programme
▫️A pre-ride stretch routine.
▫️And we will throw in some bonus workouts along the way too!

Make It Harder
You can make it harder by:
▫️Adding more sets
▫️Adding weights
▫️Completing it multiple times a week
▫️Adding the core workout onto the end of the sessions
▫️Or all of the above!

Additional
On top of your weekly workouts:

▫️Nutrition advice and weekly healthy recipes
▫️Weekly fitness and riding tips
▫️Monthly fitness/riding challenges

✨ What Equipment do you need ✨
All of the workouts have been designed to try and use as little equipment as possible, however, some exercises are more beneficial with additional resistance. If you can't do any exercises remember you can always swap it for an alternative one!
Recommended equipment includes:
▫️Yoga mat
▫️Small weights - Dumbells
(even baked bean cans / bottles of water do the job)
▫️Resistance bands - Long & Short
✨ The App ✨
The Reformed Riders App is a great tool where you can see and log all of your workouts. Which you can follow in real-time and tick off exercises as you do them. There are also written descriptions for each exercise and video demonstrations so you know exactly what to do! If you're still unsure just drop us a message on the App and Equestrian Performance Coach Katie can help you out with any questions or concerns!
You can use the app to monitor and record your nutrition and daily food intake. This is a super easy process with a built-in barcode scanner making it even easier! Tracking your nutrition provides valuable insights into your dietary habits, promotes healthier choices, and supports your overall health and wellness goals.


Also in the app is the amazing habit tracker! This is one of our Reformed Rider’s favourite tools! Here you will be set daily tasks and prompted to keep on track with healthy habits! From hitting daily steps to drinking enough water or completing your rider stretches the aim is to tick off as many healthy habits as possible each day. It's a great way to stay motivated and on track with your health and fitness goals!
