4 Sessions - Rider Biomechanics
Service Description
£250.00 Throughout the four weeks, we will work on specific exercises to help improve any weakness or wonkiness. You will go home with a range of exercises to add to your toolbox, including printed assessments, stretches and exercises specific to you. This is a 4-week course that will include: Week 1 - A full position assessment session Week 2 - Flexibility and mobility session Week 3 - Core strength training and balance training session Week 4 - A specific to your position focus session. **This is a rough guide on what we do each week and may vary according to the rider's specific needs. *Please select the start date for booking now - this will be your initial assessment. After please book the following sessions using the FREE Package Session Bookings Service.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Appointments All sessions—including Rider Biomechanics, Mechanical Horse, Pilates, and Ridden Coaching—are booked directly through our Wix website. Clients can view available slots, book sessions, and receive confirmation emails automatically. 🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments via the Wix booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will incur a 100% session fee, except in cases of emergency at the discretion of Reformed Riders. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. 💳 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment is processed securely through our online system. 📝 Client Forms & Onboarding All new clients must complete sign-up and consent forms prior to their first session. These will be sent via email upon booking. 🤝 Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients.
